Script feedback

To finalize my script, I sent it to my friends for feedback. The general consensus was thankfully very positive! People felt that it resembled a typical coming-of-age movie and they liked how it portrayed social isolation and conflict.

One of my friends said she found the script very interesting and she was "intrigued". Saying that she wanted to know how the rest of the movie would potentially go if a full movie were produced. 

Another friend of mine thought it was "cute" and liked the dialogue and the main character. She said that she liked my use of voiceover as a plot device.

one friend suggested that I allow my characters to slightly go off-script to make the interactions sound more natural, and I agree. I think letting actors add their own personalities to the conversation will help with ts realism.
